Lorrie Blanchard Tietze

Is the founder and manager of Interface Consulting, LLC.  She is a strategic, versatile professional with expertise in manufacturing and engineering.  She has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nuclear Engineering.  She has managed production operations, implemented technology globally, and delivered results in 24 different countries.  She is adept at maintaining strong customer relationships, developing international, multi-functional teams, and quickly learns new, fast-paced, challenging environments.  She has well-developed communication and problem solving skills and the ability to resolve difficult situations and complex problems by synthesizing integrated solutions.

Lorrie's background includes 17 years in production management, engineering, and project management for a global Fortune 30 company where she delivered $20 million in savings while also achieving benchmark health and safety and environmental results for a $5.5 billion business.  She has also consulted with Fortune 500 Companies, Mid-Tier Companies, Government Agencies, and Not-For-Profit Organizations.  Her results include the facilitation and update of a client's work process which helped them avoid a $50 million loss in sales.  Outside of work, she helps coach youth volleyball and supports several youth orchestras.

Linda Porter-Cox

Is a Senior Associate with Interface Consulting. She is a general management and strategic planning executive with extensive market development and product, service, and systems innovation and integration expertise. She has applied her critical thinking skills and broad industry experience to help clients improve fundamental performance and when desired take breathtaking leaps forward in terms of financial results, market share growth, and organizational effectiveness. Her approach to innovation is highly practical and entails an innate curiosity, an aptitude for assimilating a lot of complex information, and ability to identify, communicate, and implement a winning strategy through aligning people and processes for greatest efficiency and impact.    

Linda’s 24 years of experience includes a 17 year career at Procter & Gamble where she held numerous leadership positions in general management, B2B and B2C marketing – including retail development/merchandising, supply and value-chain innovation, and brand management.  Since leaving P&G in 2002, she has supported a range of companies in developing and implementing business plans, growth strategies, demand creation and supply optimization plans, and organizational improvement models. She is passionate about creating breakthroughs in thinking, in capability, and in commitment that deliver sustainable improvements.  She holds a B.S.B.A., in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL.

Ray Merenstein

Is an Associate with Interface Consulting.  In 2002, Ray returned to his native Denver after a decade of health care advocacy work in Washington, DC.  Over the course of the next four years, he oversaw the fundraising for The Children’s Hospital Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, Children’s Miracle Network, and The Children’s Hospital Research Institute.  In 2004, approximately $15 million were raised for these entities as part of a $51 million record fundraising year for The Children’s Hospital Foundation. 

He holds a Masters Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Florida.  His expertise in media relations, special events and public outreach has garnered him the American Hospital Association's Silver Touchstone and Circle of Distinction and the Colorado Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America’s Gold Pick -- earmarks of excellence in public relations and marketing.  He has been quoted or published in the Wall Street Journal, Science, The Chronicle of Higher Education, Business Week, USA Today, Nature and numerous daily newspapers and broadcast media across the country. 

Ray has testified before Congress, spoken at press conferences nationwide and presented regularly to health and communication groups locally and nationally.  He currently serves on the Executive Committees of his local synagogue and the American Jewish Committee’s Colorado Chapter.  He continues to serve on committees for numerous health, non-profit and education organizations as well.  Ray and his wife, Ilana Steinberg, live in Denver with their son and two daughters. 

Scott Thompson

Is an Associate with Interface Consulting.  He is a results-driven executive with a proven track record of engineering and IT team leadership and staff development.  Scott has a demonstrated ability to plan, develop, implement, and support cutting-edge, mission-critical enterprise applications for the health care industry using Microsoft languages, applications, and servers.  He is a critical thinker drawing from an extensive knowledge of development best practices, industry requirements, and federal regulations.  Scott has 15 years of in-depth management, technical design and development experience with Microsoft operating systems, Visual Studio and .NET languages, Office and Visio applications, and Exchange, SharePoint, Project, SQL, and BizTalk servers. 

Scott was a Featured Speaker for the Drug Industry Association (DIA) and Clinical Data Interchange Standards Committee (CDISC).  He has also been highlighted in multiple Microsoft case studies for the innovative use of Commerce Server, Site Server edition, BizTalk server, .NET languages, and Office/Visio product integration.  He has co-authored presentations for Microsoft, Deloitte, and Accenture supporting the use of development best-practices.

 

Robin Martin Elston

Is an Associate with Interface Consulting.  She has gained a national reputation as a speaker, trainer, and facilitator specializing in coaching leaders to grow more productive organizations.  She has a vast array of experience including 16 years in operations management and human resources for Fortune 500 companies where she led the achievement of industry-wide superior results.  She has degrees in both Chemical Engineering and Administration.

Outside of work, she chairs several volunteer organizations, is a past President of Big Brothers and Sisters, and is the president of her Parent-Teacher organization.
